June 20, 2010 — Runners from Kenya and Ethiopia won the Grandma's Marathon today.
Philemon Kemboi of Kenya won in 2 hours, 15 minutes, 44 seconds, while Buzenesh Deba of Ethiopia finished with a personal-best time of 2:31:35 in the women's event.
